Educators To Stop The War has a page of links to teaching resources.

An excellent Organizers Manual is available for $10, including postage, from the War Resisters League . It covers the ABC's of forming and maintaining an organization, including such subjects as holding meetings, publicity, fundraising, leafleting, etc.

Training For Change in Philadelphia gives workshops for nonviolent activists. Some tools used at these workshops can be found at the TFC website. George Lakey is the executive director of Training for Change.

The Politics of Nonviolent Action, by Gene Sharp (Boston: Porter Sargent Publishers, 1973) is the "bible" of nonviolent resistance. (Hint: read volume II last.)

Wellstone Action has camps and training programs for organizers and activists.
